  • numbness and tingling
  • repetitive work-related injuries
  • discomfort due to pregnancy

Wellness care and optimal health is our goal. Dr. Jake is aware that each patient's needs are different, and he treats each person accordingly. Chiropractic care can help your body find its best and maintain it. With regular visits as part of your routine, your body begins to integrate its own wisdom for healing and vital being.

Dr. Jake uses traditional modes of chiropractic care as well as new treatments such as cold laser therapy, flexion/distraction, myofascial release, vibration massage, and neuromuscular re-education for helping to relieve pain and discomfort.

The Chiropractic Center offers different styles of massage therapy through a variety of massage therapists at our office who specialize in Sweedish, Shiatsu, deep tissue and sports massage.

Your Health and Your Spine

Maintaining your spine is one of the most significant health investments you can make. The American Institute for Preventative Medicine states that 60 to 80 million people will at some point suffer from back pain.

Your spine is made up of 24 bones which cover and prtect your communication super highway, the spinal cord. It is via this neural network that your whole being coordinates movements, sensations and abilities. Chiropractic care strives to optimize your spinal and nervous system function so that you can live at your most vibrant level of wellness and being. In pursuing this purpose, Dr. Jake uses natural, safe and carefully administered techniques structured and individualized to your personal physiology.

Maintain Your Well-Being

Find relief from pain and tension and regain your health with the help of chiropractic care. Instead of suppressing underlying problems by taking pills, choose to correct the issues that cause them. Maintain your well-being through regular adjustments and care.

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
